This course is for men only. Students will learn how to take an active role in their own self-awareness and defense. The first half of the course is scenario based instruction about the potential, possibility, and likelihood of specific grabs, chokes and holds. Instructors will teach students how to punch, strike and kick with proper form using maximum power and delivering maximum damage to an attacker. Students will gain confidence in their ability to defend themselves from a standing, kneeling, prone, or on their back defensive position.
The course is 3 hours and we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and tennis shoes since there will be physical activity. We recommend bringing water.

There will be hands on street self-defense drills which will require physical confrontation.
