This seminar covers how women can reduce their chances of being victimized by a violent attack by utilizing their own natural defenses. We focus on redirecting a woman's fears and turning them into positive tools of survival. We cover crime statistics and review recent attacks to educate women on what to do and not to do in dangerous situations. We instruct women on ways to turn ordinary items carried, into defensive tools. Lastly, we demonstrate, on volunteers from the audience, some of the most common types of attacks and how to detect and defend against them, which is covered more in depth in our
Women's Street Survival Course. Free handouts and informational packets to reaffirm seminar instruction will be provided.
