Women's Street Survival CourseRegister Now
Course Overview:
This course is for women only. Students will learn how to take an active role in their own self-awareness and defense. The first half of the course is scenario based instruction about risk awareness, risk reduction, crime prevention strategies, and defensive concepts including the pitfalls of pepper sprays and mace. The second half of the course is the hands-on physical defense techniques training. Students will learn the proper strikes, punches, kicks and how to turn ordinary, everyday items into incapacitating tools of defense.

The course is four (4) hours and we recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing and tennis shoes since there will be some physical activity. We recommend that students bring a bottle of water and a light snack.

Women must be 12 years or older to attend. Females between the ages of 12-18 must be accompanied by a female guardian. No men or children are allowed to attend or observe this course.

Costs:

Prices vary by location and any special accommodations.

Note:

There will be hands on street self-defense drills which will require physical confrontation. The use of protective gear including bags and padding are used for close quarter's battle striking drills so students can learn how to properly strike with full force and experience realistic response. Instructors always take into consideration age and physical condition and keep the safety of the student first and foremost.
